Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These terms govern web development services provided through arthurpello.com. By engaging Arthur Pello for a project or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of engagement
These terms apply to web development services provided by Arthur Pello ("Arthur", "I") to a client ("you") through arthurpello.com. Each project begins with a discovery step and is confirmed in a written scope before work starts. Work outside that agreed scope is treated as a separate request.
2. Quotations and estimates
Prices shown on the Service page and produced by the pricing estimator are starting points and planning guides, not binding quotes. A final, fixed price is confirmed only after a scope review specific to your project.
3. Payment terms
A 50% deposit reserves your project schedule; the remaining balance is due before launch. Larger projects are billed in milestones instead. Domain, hosting, databases, AI usage, and other third-party subscriptions are billed separately from project fees.
4. Client responsibilities
Timelines assume timely delivery of content, feedback, and approvals from you. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery date accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each foundation tier includes two structured rounds of review and revision within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, or changes outside the agreed scope, are estimated and approved before extra work begins.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs, and content created for the project) transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all work remains the property of Arthur Pello. Arthur may retain the right to reference completed, publicly launched projects in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Warranty and post-launch support
Every project includes a 14-day post-launch defect warranty covering issues in the delivered scope. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, updates, and support beyond that period require a separate monthly agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Non-public information shared during a project (business details, credentials, unreleased content) is treated as confidential and used only to complete the agreed work.
9. Limitation of liability
Arthur's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Arthur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data, except where liability cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreed project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time a project is confirmed applies to that project.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
13. Contact
